About the role
You will team up with our People Partner and Chief People Officer, and together the three of you will work to ensure the sustainable growth of Once Upon from an HR perspective. In the last two years, we have grown from 20 to 60 employees, and each role has been a key recruitment and treated as such. Your role will be to ensure and further develop our overall work with talent.
You will be part of a tight team that works hands-on and in close collaboration with all our colleagues throughout the organization.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out an agile recruitment process that supports the growth of Once Upon.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Manage employer branding activities, such as communication and recruitment ad campaigns, and represent Once Upon at job fairs, meet-ups, and similar events.
- Collaborate with universities and manage and develop Once Upon’s intern program.
- Improve and develop Once Upon’s talent acquisition practices.
- Plan and deliver outstanding pre- and onboarding for your newly hired.
- You will also have areas of responsibility within the team such as diversity & inclusion and employee development.
- You probably have a university degree in HR, IT, Marketing, Management or other relevant areas.
- Previous experience in managing competence-based recruitment processes. Perhaps as a recruiter, manager or talent acquisition partner - most important is that you are passionate about recruitment.
- You are an excellent communicator and fluent in both English and Swedish. You have skills in writing job ads, and maybe also employer branding texts and internal communication.
- Experience working with employer branding activities is a plus.
- Experience from recruiting in tech and/or scale-ups is also a big plus.
