As a Community Manager at Once Upon, you're not just a part of the team – you're a key player in how we grow trust and relations within our community. You will be working over all our channels, supporting the customer, and helping them feel seen, and treated in a way that plays with our brand and tonality. Your mission? To help us build a brand Once Uponers can't help but fall in love with. You know that growing a community isn't just about answering the questions right, it’s about how to really meet the customer and maybe even put a smile on their face. Up for a challenge? Good, because we believe that customer insights from all of your daily touchpoints can become a guiding star for the rest of Once Upon.
What you’ll do:

Be responsible for our presence, grow our engagement, and support our customers in our social channels and customer review touchpoints.

Innovatively adapt our brand's tone of voice while engaging with customers across platforms, including comment sections and direct messages, for a consistent brand image and a positive experience.

Together with our User Researcher and Customer Care Team, gather and monitor customer insights. Make sure that the insights are shared with stakeholders within the company.

Collaborate with other writers and stakeholders at Once Upon to maintain, get feedback on and develop our tonality.
Your background:

Ongoing education in communication or other relevant subjects.

Previous experience in working in a social media context is beneficial, but it isn't a necessity.

Creative writing: you have an understanding of communication, copywriting, or a related field. You are able to balance the tone and voice to meet every unique customer's feelings and needs, in line with our brand and guidelines.

Collaborative Team Player: You have proven experience in working within teams, and you understand the importance of collaboration. You know how to work closely with colleagues, incorporating different perspectives.

Fluent in Swedish and English.

Location
This role is fully remote if needed, but if you would like to visit our offices we have headquarters in Skellefteå and smaller spaces in Stockholm, Piteå and Örnsköldsvik.
