About the job

As Head Teacher in Game Programming, you will have an active role within the educations in Skellefteå. There are both classes focused on mobile platforms, and towards C++ programming. You will be a part of the planning, developing, teaching, and evaluating the education. You will also be teaching and coaching the students as well as cooperating with other teachers, guest teachers, head of educations and others across our sites. The role also includes maintaining and building industry-related relationships.

Futuregames’ main concept of learning is through Game Projects, where multi-disciplinary teams work in close connection with mentors and game industry representatives. You will be a part of the team, planning and executing game projects or all educations.

About you

To be eligible for this role, it is required that you have worked as a game programmer. In your previous role you have gained industry-specific skills and experience from working with C#, C++, and game engines. In addition to these skills and experiences, you also have a teaching aptitude. You are structured and meticulous in your way of working.

Must haves

• Experience working as a game programmer
• C# and C++ skills and experience
• Professional English skills

• Teaching experience

About the job

As Head of Education at Futuregames in Skellefteå you will be responsible for planning, developing, teaching, and evaluating the education Project Manager IT & Games. You will work in close collaboration with teachers, guest lecturers, other heads of education and coordinators at Futuregames and Changemaker Education. Futuregames’ main concept of learning is through Game Projects, where multi-disciplinary teams work in close connection with mentors and game industry representatives. You will be a part of the team, planning and executing game projects for all educations.

You will take an active role in teaching and mentoring both within the education Project Manager IT & Games and within other educational disciplines, both in Skellefteå and our other locations. In your role you will be contributing to the maintenance and building of industry-related contacts and relationships.

About you

To succeed in this role, we want you to have project leading experience, preferably from the gaming industry. You have experience from working in the gaming industry where you have gained a passion for the art of creating great games.

You are comfortable communicating with both students, co-workers, and external partners. Your experience from the industry has made you enthusiastic and you have no problem enthusing others. You like challenges and you approach them in a creative way, always with quality in mind.

Om tjänsten

Som städtekniker på Välstädat i Skellefteå kommer dina arbetsuppgifter bestå av lokalvård och annat angränsande servicearbete. Du ansvarar för att upprätthålla god kvalitet på utfört arbete och för att genomföra kvalitetskontroller. Du kommer att ha daglig kontakt med både kunder och kollegor. Vi utför lokalvård hos både privata och företagskunder (hem- och flyttstäd, kontor & butik, trappstäd, byggstäd).

Som vikarierande Teamledare kommer ditt arbete bland annat bestå av schemaplanering, hålla i kundkontakter vid schemaändringar och arbeta med vårt affärssystem. Du kommer att arbeta nära och stötta Arbetsledare och ledning i det vardagliga arbetet i Skellefteå. Rollen som Teamledare hos oss är viktig och genom god kommunikation och lyhördhet förväntas du skapa engagemang bland medarbetarna och kundnöjdhet.
