Som QHSE-ansvarig kommer du ha huvudansvaret för Cennox Sveriges kvalitetskrav och arbeta i koordination med den lokala produktionspersonalen och produktionsledningen när du säkerställer att inkommande produktionsvaror och utgående produkter håller företagets kvalitetsmål. Du kommer även vara en del av företagets europeiska QHSE-team som arbetar för att utveckla, implementera och underhålla kvalitetsledningssystemet för Cennox Europa.

Löpande administration, dokumentation och rapportering inom QHSE-avdelningen.
Driva och delta i utvecklingsprojekt kring förbättringar av processer, rutiner och system.
Driva och följa upp kundärenden och möjliga kvalitéts brister hos företagets produkter.
Följa upp tilltagna åtgärder i Cennoxs utvecklingsarbete för att förbättra kvalitén hos våra produkter.
Utföra interna & externa revisioner.

Vi söker dig som gillar att ta ansvar och som har en god planeringsförmåga med ett sinne för service. Du är engagerad och lösningsorienterad och är inte rädd för att ta initiativ när du ser att det behövs. Du har goda kunskaper inom Office-paketet och är även intresserad av att lära dig använda Sharepoint. Du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med ISO-certifiering och är insatt i ISO9000 och ISO14000. Function

Coordination of all development and product improvements for the new Cennox products and the optimization of existing products. Your main tasks will include:
Planning of the engineers within the R&D team to ensure a timely delivery of the R&D projects
Follow up and report on the main KPI’s for all R&D projects (budget, lead time, resources, requirements)
Review R&D project status with sales team and management on a recurrent basis
Work in close collaboration with Product Director to support the Product Management process
Guarantee correct development process is followed, all according ISO procedures
Support of other departments in the company during demo’s and technical meetings
Research (in close cooperation with R&D team) on reported problems that manifest on products
Cooperate in definition of new functionalities of future products and solutions
Project related reporting towards higher management and engineers
Keep all projects data and documentation up-to-date in the available tools and CRM applications

Profile
You have a degree in project management and are familiar with electronics, mechanics, security, ATM, service, product development.
You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management in an engineering environment in which management skills are clearly proven.
Basic principles of different engineering disciplines as mechanics, electronics, fluid mechanics, pyro technics, chemistry, are all part of the day to day aspects the job holder will be occupied with.
Also strategic mindset and defining way forward for the engineering department in close cooperation with the R&D Director may not be neglected.
Experience in cooperation with government and certification bodies is a highly recognized asset. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or Swedish and/or German is a plus.

Manage certifications/homologations for new Cennox products
Prepare business case for approval in the Product Board
Prepare requests to the appropriate instances and laboratories
Prepare documents (technical, administrative, supporting documents) for the certification/homologation activities
Prepare the necessary products to ship to the laboratories for certification/homologation testing
Organize with the external parties the necessary test activities
Follow up and report on the main KPI’s for all certification projects (budget, lead time, resources, requirements)
Follow-up with the laboratories on ongoing testing of products
File complete project on network drives and tools
Manage certifications/homologations for existing Cennox products
Keep track of existing certifications/homologations for all Cennox products
Identify certifications/homologations that are subject for a renewal
Prepare business case for approval in the Product Board
Prepare requests to the appropriate instances and laboratories

Advise senior management on needed actions to add and keep certifications/homologations
Chair a recurrent status review meeting with stakeholders
Check local certification/homologation requirements for new countries
Assist in planning the roadmap for release of new products and more specific the certification/homologation related activities
Collaborate with suppliers and / or customers to discuss certification/homologation requirements for integrated solutions with a 3rd party solution
Attend customer/3rd party meetings/certification bodies/laboratories (internationally) during testing and followup activities
Identify certification/homologation activities coming from ECN’s and take appropriate actions
Perform inhouse pretesting of the products (e.g. ESD, staining, mechanical, climate, …) in collaboration with the test engineers and other colleagues
Respond to customer requests for compliance and certification information

Profile
You have a degree in (Electro-)mechanics and are familiar with certifications, CE standards, FCC standards, UL standards.
You have the necessary years of experience in a similar role and you are an expert in industry standards and regulation, electronical and mechanical testing.
Hands-on experience on ESD, EMC, climate, mechanical, staining, … testing is a plus.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or Swedish and/or German is a plus. Business travel (also international) is possible.

Do all regression testing on new versions of a product to assure there’s no decrease in quality, performance and functionality
Collaborate with suppliers and / or customers to test the new product with a 3rd party solution
Attend customer/3rd party meetings (Internationally) for supporting sales department or to install and test prototype or pilot products
Follow-up internal and external tests and report on the results using templates and tools
Manage ECN’s and update all relevant documentation accordingly
Support internal teams and external parties in debugging issues and provide feedback to R&D team on improvements of products
Perform “First sample” checks to verify if supplied first samples of a new product is fulfilling the internal requirements
Release new products or new versions to production and update databases with new releases

Profile
You have a degree in (Electro-)mechanics/firmware/software and are familiar with testing protocols. You have a wide knowledge across the different domains (Electronics / Electro-mechanics / Mechanics / Software) and the right mind set to try to find issues with the products under test. The role requires a structured, detailed and curious approach to assure that all testing goals are met. It also requires good assertiveness to report the issues back to the design engineers. Our Head Office for Europe is located in Vilvoorde, Belgium with a satellite office in Skellefteå, Sweden. To further strengthen our R&D Security team for the Banking, Financial and Retail Industry, primarily around protection of their ATM Machines and cash handling activities, we are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer.
Function
As a Mechanical Engineer you will assume all responsibilities in the field of mechanics concerning the development and industrialization of new Cennox products and optimizing existing products. Your main tasks will include:
Innovate modern and futuristic product line-up in the field of mechanical designs
Assist in planning the roadmap for release of new products
Develop new concepts in the field of mechanics, create first cost estimations and prepare a project plan to improve the existing product line-up as well as to suit the future needs of company business
Design the concept in a 3D mechanical design tool and create all necessary drawings, models for prototyping, material for piloting, tools for mass production and production handover
Create a prototype based on an initial design and convert into a tangible, working model
Industrialize the prototypes into production ready design to facilitate easier production and assembly
Create BOM’s, identify suppliers and create cost matrices
Design and execute test scripts to adhere to the global quality standards of electronic security systems
Collaborate with suppliers and / or customers to integrate the new product with a 3rd party solution
Update ERP system with information on BOM, components, suppliers, costs
Attend customer/3rd party meetings (Internationally) for supporting sales department or to install prototype or pilot products
Manage ECN’s and update all relevant documentation accordingly
Ensure back-up of code is available and posted on SVN

Profile
You have a degree in mechanics or electromechanics and are familiar with CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo). You have the necessary years of experience with the development of mechanical parts in the field of sheet metal and / or machining techniques and / or extrusions and / or injection molding. Knowledge of project management is a plus. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French and/or Swedish and/or German is a plus. You can perform your job both independently and in a team. Business travel (also international) is possible.
