As a Commissioning Engineer, you start in production in Skellefteå by inspecting our systems. This way you become familiar with our project. After a thorough training period, you will work independently, but you will also work a lot in a team and with various specialists. You will work on projects, where you are ultimately responsible for starting up, managing, maintaining, and inspecting our and client systems. You are a specialist in solving complex problems. This makes you a point of contact both internally and externally.
What are you going to do?
Commissioning the client energy storage systems on location and ensuring correct integration within the overall project;
Checking and monitoring product quality during the preparation of clients' products both on location and at the production location
Guiding and directing (Assistant) Technicians;
Drawing up (technical) reports of the work carried out such as inspections, measurements, and observed deviations;
Point of contact for the customer during project work at the project location;
Analyzing and solving technical problems (where necessary in consultation with third parties);
Carrying out measurements and tests on electrical installations;
Provided remote support to customers via operating systems.
Knowledge in configuration and testing of protection relays of different brands and models (Siemens, ABB, SEL, GE, Schnider, Basler, Micom).
Knowledge in primary testing for High voltage equipment like Circuit Breakers, disconnector switches, Curren Transformer. Voltage Transformer, Power transformers.
Knowledge to use ETAP software for coordination of protection and studies.
Knowledge in control and protection scheme design.
Knowledge in operation of HV Switchgears.
Knowledge in operation of MV Switchgears.
Knowledge in operation of LV Switchgears.
Knowledge in electrical test for HV and MV power cables.
Knowledge in test for grounding systems (step and touch contact).
Knowledge in electrical design for electrical systems.
Knowledge in operation and commissioning for power plants (combined cycle, hydraulic, wind and solar).
Knowledge in H2 plants.
Knowledge in GAS plants.

What do we ask of you?
For a good match, we will at least see in your CV that you have:
a completed Technical or university degree in electrical engineering or a completed Electrical Technical 4 course in electrical engineering, supplemented with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
knowledge of PLC systems and/or Embedded Software
at least 3 years of relevant work experience
preferably in possession of the following certificates: VP low voltage and high voltage
communicative, results-oriented, flexible, team player and quality-oriented
mastery of the English language, both oral and written any other European language is a plus.

Job Description:
As a PTW (Permit to Work) Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include daily coordination of permit issuing to contractors, conducting site pre-start and post-work assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 20 people at the site
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
High experience in managing PTW Teams, preferably with Oil and gas background, or renewable energy
Able to provide KPI and monthly reports
Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
Required training/certifications: SSG (Safe Systems of Work), WAH (Working at Heights), Hot Works, Gas Tester, Confined Space.
Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the issuance of permits to contractors.
Conduct site pre-start and post-work assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe work practices and adherence to procedures.
Review and approve work permits, ensuring all necessary precautions are taken.
Perform periodic safety audits and inspections.
Assist in incident investigations and report findings.
Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits and safety activities.

Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
