North Kingdom is looking for a Technical Director to work with us to create high quality digital experiences for some of the best brands in the world.As a Technical Director, you will be overseeing the technical details of a project together with the Core Team, consisting of a UX director, and Art Director and a Producer. Together you will drive projects from start to finish, taking executive decisions and making sure the project is a success.This starts already in a project pitch, where you will be responsible to suggest a technical approach for the project. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs, and plan for the technical execution. This involves selecting platforms and technologies that are suitable for the project, writing technical specifications, estimating time needed, and oversee the implementation. During projects you will also be in contact with the client to keep a continuous dialog, and convey information to the developers.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and client communication. We see you as an experienced individual that has a deep understanding of the development process, and experience with the modern practices of both front- and back end development.
