What you'll do?

In this position you will be responsible for the quality assurance of the custom built test tools. The test tools are used to verify our LiDAR systems' performance regarding specified requirements. To test all requirements, different external hardware is needed to specify for example angles, temperature and light conditions, and the software needs to handle all the external control interfaces and tools to store and analyze the data from the LiDAR.

Your work is to test and verify the custom built test tools and make sure that they meet the quality standards. You are also expected to create test plans, act as a gate keeper for the releases as well as perform tests. You will work closely together with software developers, test engineers and test operators.

At Veoneer, the teams work agile in project form and you will be part of a social and competent test team.

What you'll bring:
To succeed in this position, you need to have:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar experience
- At least two year's working experience in similar role
- Experience in testing software with interfaces towards external hardware
- Experience in Python
- Experience in Git
- Knowledge of Jira (or other issue tracking tool)
- Working proficiency in English


If you also have knowledge of CodeBeamer it will be considered a merit.

What you'll do?
As Test Engineer you will be a part of the Engineering Validation Test team, the team responsible for testing our LiDAR systems' performance regarding specified requirements. In order to fully test that all the requirements of the product are met, you will be responsible for breaking down the requirements to test cases and define, design and build the test setups that are needed to execute the test cases on the device under test. You will work closely together with other test engineers, software developers, software testers and test operators.

What you'll do?
As a Mechanics Designer and Motor Specialist you will be part of our LiDAR hardware design team, and your main focus will be the technical aspects for the brushless electrical motors with integrated encoders used in Veoneer automotive LiDAR products. It's a challenging task and you will be responsible for specifying the requirements for the motors and be engaged in and drive the technical issues in dialogue with the suppliers. You will also be responsible for specifying important parameters and test cases, perform tests of the motors and evaluate the test results.

What you'll bring:
To succeed in this role, we think that you need to have:

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent working experience
- At least two years´ experience in similar position
- Experience of brushless electrical motors with integrated encoder
- Experience of specifying and analyzing motor noise, balancing and vibration

- Some motor controller experience

- Some experience in 3D CAD
- Working proficiency in English

What you'll do?
As Engineering Quality Lead you will have responsibility for quality activities at our engineering sites in Stockholm and Skellefteå. You will also be responsible for the quality assurance activities within our development projects and be in contact directly with the customer. You will provide an independent view of the quality assurance activities within the project to the project team and management team. You will also ensure that all quality assurance activities are planned according to the Engineering Quality Strategy.

You will be collaborating with the customer and project team on quality issues, planning and conducting project audits and reviewing project results. You will ensure that any deviations are reported, corrected and that the measures are verified.

You will be a part of the Veoneer quality organization and be located in either Stockholm or Skellefteå, dependent on what suites you best. You will report to the Engineering and Systems Quality Manager in Linköping.

What you'll bring:
To succeed in this position, we think that you have:

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in software, electronics or quality
- Experience of software or electronics development
- Working proficiency in English

Other important aspects are to design cost sensitive solutions for mass production and finally make designs that are functional and look great.

- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent working experience
- At least two years´ experience in mechanics design
- Experience in SolidWorks and/or CATIA
- Experience of designing small mechanical designs

Vad kommer du göra?
Som Testoperatör kommer du att ha en för testverksamheten viktig roll, och kommer att ansvara för att utföra tester på våra LiDAR-system enligt testspecifikationer och testplaner. Efter utförda tester samlar du in testresultaten och laddar upp dem för vidare analysering. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även montage och installation av nya teststationer och automatisering av både gamla och nya stationer.

För rätt person finns möjlighet att växa med rollen och i framtiden ta ett ännu större ansvar.

Vad du tar med dig!
För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du ha:

- Grundläggande kunskaper om nätverk, elektronik och mjukvara.
- Körkort B

Vi tror att du har gått gymnasiet med till exempel el- eller automationsinriktning men känner att du vill arbeta i en bredare roll och med större variation.

What you'll do?
As Mechanic Lead you will be part of the LiDAR hardware design team. Your overall task as Mechanic Lead is to identify, plan and coordinate all mechanics activities within a defined project scope and be the main interface regarding mechanics activities. You will lead a product development team of mechanical designers according to Veoneer's development process and based on customer engineering requirements.

You will also be working as a mechanics designer and will be designing mechanics for our new LiDAR. It's a challenging task to cope with mechanical stability of the optical components, thermal management, make the case sealed to the tough environmental of a vehicle component, cost sensitive solutions for mass production and finally make designs that look great and are functional.

What you'll bring:
To succeed in this role, you need to have:

- MSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Several years' experience in mechanics design
- At least 2 years' experience in a team lead role
- Experience in SolidWorks and/or CATIA
- Experience of working with small mechanical designs
- Working proficiency in English

If you also have experience with automotive, optical components, thermal management or designing for mass production it will be considered a strong plus.
