Om rollen

I rollen som Clean and Dry Room Specialist har du ett övergripande drift- och samordningsansvar för teknisk renhet hos vår kund Northvolt. Detta innebär bland annat att tillsammans med kunden utveckla metoder för rengöring och kemikaliehantering av ”Clean and dry rooms” samt utbilda och träna ny och befintlig personal. Du har nära kontakt och samarbetar mycket med både kund och leverantörer.

Vidare bidrar du med din expertis inom säkerhet och miljö – för ett bra resultat krävs en säker arbetsmiljö. Rollen innebär stora påverkansmöjligheter och en möjlighet för dig att självständigt bygga upp och sedan driva vår utveckling tillsammans med vår kund.

Du kommer tillhöra vårt kontor i Skellefteå och ingår i vår lokala ledningsgrupp. Resor i tjänsten kan förekomma.

Din profil

Som grund har du en ingenjörsexamen som du kompletterat med några års arbetslivserfarenhet, gärna inom labb, läkemedelsindustri eller tillverkningsindustri.

Vi tror att du trivs med att analysera och arbeta med metodutveckling och har du dessutom kunskap av ständiga förbättringar är detta ett plus. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av lean/kaizen som arbetssätt.

Som person är du analytisk där du löser problem utan att missa de långsiktiga strategierna och ser logik och samband i komplex information eller miljö. Du ser helheten och arbetar strukturerat och metodiskt. Du är kommunikativ och pedagogisk till sättet samt har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

I rollen som medicintekniker kommer du att delta i förstudier, utredningar och förvaltningsaktiviteter. Du spelar en central roll i investeringsplanering, upphandling och avveckling av medicinteknisk utrustning. Ditt arbete innefattar också kontakter med externa leverantörer. Tillsammans med ett dedikerat team av kollegor kommer du att vara en del av leveransorganisationen för Centrum för informationsteknik och medicinsk teknik. Denna roll ger dig möjligheten att delta i olika projekt och uppdrag hos kunden.

Vem är du?

En medicintekniker bör vara analytisk och ha förmågan att lösa tekniska problem noggrant och precist. Du behöver förmåga att tänka kreativt vid problemlösning. Starka kommunikationsfärdigheter, både i tal och skrift, är viktiga för att samarbeta med olika intressenter. Samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet och anpassningsförmåga är också betydelsefulla egenskaper för att navigera genom varierande arbetsmiljöer och utmaningar.

Vi är lokaliserade vid LTU Skellefteå, där även SP och Träbransch Norr finns och med vilka vi har ett nära samarbete. Inom träområdet är verksamheten i huvudsak forskningsrelaterad med externfinansierad bas. Vi har bedrivit forskning inom CT (computer tomography/datortomografi) för träindustriella tillämpningar sedan 1980-talet i Skellefteå Wood CT Centre.

Forskningen vid Träteknik är inriktad mot processer som möjliggör ett Bättre och Billigare Byggande och Boende med trä, där svensk trämekanisk industri är en naturlig föregångare för hållbar utveckling. Forskningen har en tillämpad del, men är också i många delar väl förankrad i teorin.

Ämnesbeskrivning
Träteknik omfattar tvärvetenskaplig forskning på trämaterialet och industriella processer inom kedjan från skog till färdig träprodukt. Forskningsområdena är trämaterialets anatomi, fysik, kemi och mekanik, samt träförädling och produkt-utveckling, tillverkningsteknik, processoptimering och visualisering av träprodukter.

Arbetsuppgifter

The Production Engineer Upstream will be the process expert at Northvolt Ett. You will drive projects and define actions with the purpose to increase efficiency in production. You will use your specific problem solving techniques to minimise downtime and ensure process stability.
We are building and expanding - therefore you will be participating in the implementation of new equipment and play an important role about all manufacturing related issues.
Whilst learning one of the most advanced technologies, you will be working intimately with the operations team developing training material, training staff in lean manufacturing principles and methods, instructing on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyse and evaluate production processes to maximise productivity of processes, machinery and workers (reducing downtime, lowering cost and ensuring safety).
Initiate and drive problem solving workshops by using methods like DoE, 5W and 8D.
Understand and reduce process variation by using tools like SPC.
Develop data driven approaches to analyse process performance.
Enable new product introductions for your assigned process.
Support in the development and modification of FMEAs and Control Plans.
Create and modify standard operation procedures and work instructions.
Develop and train direct labour.
Participate in and drive projects for new equipment.
Participate in and run meetings with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholder.

Education/Experience
Bachelor or Masters degree of Science in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience from similar industries like paper & pulp, chemical, refinery, plastics, food, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, automotive or batteries.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts, SPC and capability analysis
Very valuable (but not required) if you have experience from battery manufacturing.
Good to have project management experience.
Knowledge in powder production (e.g. Co, NMC, other cathode materials) is a plus.
