Once Upon is growing and we’re looking to expand our Communications team with an awesome Designer/Content Creator. In this role, you will work with creating visually appealing and engaging content for our digital platforms.
About the role
As a designer at Once Upon, you will work closely with the rest of the team to come up with new, creative and unexpected ideas that help our brand grow. You will create compelling, accurate and on-brand content designed to make our Once Uponers fall head over heels in love with us. You are always up for a challenge and are not afraid to voice your opinions. You’ll be an important part of our Communications team, but will also work in crossteams with our Product teams and have several touching points with our Product Designers.
What you’ll do:

Be overall responsible for ensuring that the material we publish in our owned communication channels follows our visual identity and maintains a high standard

Together with Art Directors and Product Designers maintain, strengthen and develop our visual identity

In close collaboration with the rest of the team, set photo and film briefs and content plans

Film, photograph and edit for our digital channels

Produce image material for, and create and order photo books, for our communication

Adapt design for our social channels, newsletters and website

Together with the rest of the team, develop ideas and concepts for launches and campaigns
Your background
-
Higher degree education in design, communication or other relevant subjects
-
Experience from design and content creation
-
Knowledge and interest in video content for social platforms

Experience in Adobe Suit or equivalent design and film editing software
-
Fluent in Swedish or English

We are looking for a designer who follows trends and thrives on creating quick-turn and engaging content. You are a broad visual creator who is passionate about both video and image content on various platforms. You simply love design and content. You genuinely enjoy working closely across teams and departments, and thrive when working with others to achieve results.

Location
This role is located at our headquarters in Skellefteå, in the North of Sweden. We also have offices in Piteå, Örnsköldsvik and Stockholm. We are remote flexible, but for this role we value the creativeness and sense of community that follows from meeting face to face with colleagues.
