Northvolt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Quality to oversee the quality management system within our electrical battery manufacturing facility in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our batteries meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
2. Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including inspections, testing, and audits, to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for new products and processes, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities

Operations Management of specific Test activities (both employees and throughput).
Operational Training, Quality, and Safety Compliance of Direct Personnel and Daily Processes.
Expect, Plan For, and Manage a Certain Degree of Ambiguity and Constant Change.

The Production Quality Manager at Northvolt will lead a group of approximately 30 Engineers, Technicians, and Associates, ensuring team performance and customer satisfaction. The manager will be responsible for a dedicated quality area, supervising and supporting production quality employees to ensure that standards are followed, employees are trained, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities in relation to non-conformity and quality issues.

Ragn-Sells Recycling söker nu en Sektionschef för verksamheten i Region Nord Norra med placeringsort Skellefteå.

Om arbetet
I rollen som Sektionschef kommer du att ha personalansvar för ca 5 medarbetare och driver utveckling och förbättringar av verksamheten tillsammans med dem. Du arbetar med uppföljning och återkoppling för att nå mål och resultat. Som sektionschef ansvarar du för budget och att verksamheten drivs enligt lagar, tillstånd och avtal. Du rapporterar till regionchef.

Om dig
Du har arbetslivserfarenhet inom personalledning, förändringsarbete, planering och budgetarbete. Som person är du en lagspelare och en coachande ledare, "laget före jaget" är en självklarhet för dig. I förändringar hanterar du problem och hinder tillsammans med dina medarbetare med ett tydligt fokus på genomförande och att "gå i mål". Du kommunicerar rakt och tydligt och bygger goda relationer med både kunder och medarbetare och bidrar själv till en god stämning i teamet. Du har goda kunskaper i Office-paketet och har lätt för att lära dig nya system. Körkort är ett krav för tjänsten.

Inom socialförvaltningens Vård- och omsorgsavdelning arbetar mer än 2000 medarbetare och chefer målinriktat för att ge stöd så att individen ska kunna leva livet bäst möjligt. Det sker genom en verksamhet som är tillgänglig, i ständig utveckling och av hög kvalitet. Vår verksamhet innefattar allt från hemtjänst och stödinsatser till vård-och omsorgsboenden, hälso- och sjukvård i hemmet och på boenden till förebyggande verksamhet såsom fotvård, anhörigstöd och dagverksamhet för personer med demenssjukdomar.

Utvecklingsenheten består av cirka 20 medarbetare och har till uppgift att leda arbetet med utveckling-, kvalitet-, och kompetensfrågor samt delta i, och i förekommande fall driva, olika processer inom Vård och omsorg. Vi söker nu en chef till utvecklingsenheten som vill vara med och utveckla framtidens Vård och omsorgsavdelning.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som chef för utvecklingsenheten ansvarar du för strategisk ledning, samordning, uppföljning och ekonomi. Du är direkt underställd avdelningschefen och ingår i en ledningsgrupp vars gemensamma uppdrag är att leda avdelningens utveckling och utmaningar i samspel med andra ledare för att nå Socialnämndens och Vård och omsorgs övergripande mål.

Som chef för utvecklingsenheten kommer du att:
• Leda arbetet med ständiga förbättringar genom att utveckla och säkra ett kvalitetsledningssystem med målsättningen att bygga en effektiv och hälsosam organisation, för dem vi är till för och för chefer och medarbetare.
• Säkerställa att avdelningen har effektiva och evidensbaserade arbetsmetoder för att kunna ge adekvat vård och omsorg inom givna ramar.
• Initiera och genomföra utvecklingsarbeten samt följa upp och analysera dem.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet som ledare och har arbetat med förändringsledning och verksamhetsutveckling. Förutom en lämplig högskoleutbildning utifrån uppdraget så besitter du även goda kunskaper i metodutveckling och kvalitetsutveckling samt uppföljnings- och utvärderingsarbete.

Du är trygg i din roll som ledare och det är naturligt för dig att jobba med ett tillitsbaserat ledarskap och ett coachande förhållningssätt. Du har förmåga att motivera, engagera och leda samtidigt som du har modet att fatta och genomföra nödvändiga beslut.

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara framsynt, organiserad och med en vaken blick på omvärlden och hur den påverkar avdelningen Vård och omsorg. Du har förmåga att utveckla en ambitiös men realistisk vision och överför den till en fungerande strategi och plan både för ledningsgruppen, medarbetare och chefer inom avdelningen Vård och omsorg.

Vi inom avdelningen för vård och omsorg strävar efter att alla ska kunna leva livet bäst möjligt. En viktig del av arbetet är att erbjuda stöd till människor att få klara sig själva och bo kvar hemma så länge som möjligt. Vår verksamhet innefattar allt från hemtjänst och stödinsatser till vård- och omsorgsboende, hälso- och sjukvård i hemmet och på boenden samt förebyggande verksamhet såsom fotvård, anhörigstöd och dagverksamhet för personer med demenssjukdomar.
