For our client Uggla Engineering, we are currently recruiting Program Manager.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Facility Integration Program Manager to oversee the integration of complex equipment and systems.. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating the integration of state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring seamless functionality and operational efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical oversight, project management expertise, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the facility integration project of the battery gigaplant, overseeing the integration of complex equipment and systems to ensure operational readiness.
Coordinate with equipment vendors, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and integration of equipment within the facility.
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and progress tracking using planning software and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for equipment and systems.
Provide technical oversight and guidance on equipment installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, equipment vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues proactively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes, productivity, and quality.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
Support training and knowledge transfer activities to ensure operational readiness and user proficiency with integrated systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in program management roles within facility integration projects, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong technical background with expertise in equipment integration, automation systems, and facility operations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving successful project outcomes in complex environments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

I rollen som dokumenthanteringsspecialist så kommer du arbeta ute hos någon av våra kunder och arbeta med spännande och komplexa industriprojekt.

Du kommer hantera alla dokument i projekten och se till att inflöden blir registrerade enligt gällande rutin. Vidare ser du även till att alla inblandade i projekten arbetar med rätt dokumentmallar, format och att kvalitetsgranskning sker enligt rutin.

Då vi stenhårt tror på rättvisa så har vi hoppat över alla överbetalda chefer som sladdar in halv tio på morgonen. Du rapporterar därmed direkt till dig själv! Men oroa dig inte, vi ingår alla i Aticc laget och hjälper varandra så fort det behövs.

Din bakgrund

Du bör ha åtminstone 4 års erfarenhet av arbete inom dokumenthantering för större industriprojekt. Vidare ska du ha mycket goda kunskaper i Office samt förstå EDMS system och hur man på bästa sätt använder dessa.

Du är proaktiv, snabblärd och gillar högt tempo med många kontaktytor.

Vidare ser vi gärna att du har ett intresse av att komma in som delägare i Aticc och vara med och bygga företaget vidare.

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Planner to join our bold team in Skellefteå.

Northvolt is establishing it's first mass-production facility in Skellefteå and in joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories and aid Northvolt and our customers in the transformation to a carbon free society. When old technology is phased out and overtaken by electrification in the coming years, batteries are going to become the differentiating factor.

The purpose is to be a gatekeeper for manufacturing plans and orders. Participate in S&OP; meetings, plan production orders and material to ensure that the company operational needs are met. Work in close relation with manufacturing, central S&OP;, R&D, industrialization, purchasing functions, logistics and material handling to maximize efficiency. Follow up on plans and capacity and suggest improvements. Participate in or lead development of planning processes and set demands on IT and digital solutions. Train and mentor other planners in the processes.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure there is one accepted and aligned plan for manufacturing
- Participate in S&OP; meetings as NV Ett responsible
- Proactively plan production orders and capacity
- Maximize efficiency between batch size, WIP and secure deliveries.
- Follow up production orders and manufacturing capacity and suggest actions when deviating from plan
- Work in close relation with manufacturing, central S&OP;, R&D, industrialization, purchasing functions, logistics and material handling to maximize customer focus and efficiency
- Follow up the planning process and suggest improvements
- Lead or participate in projects and activities to develop the planning process
- Work in close relation to IT and Digitization to develop software that supports the planning process
- Develop or set demands for business intelligence software (like MS Power BI) for planning
- Create follow up of planning, capacities and deliveries
- Create training and information material
- Train and mentor other planners in the processes.
- Summarize and deliver reports for the planning area

Qualifications/education/experience

- Bachelor degree in industrial eng. or similar with main subject Logistics
- Proven planning experience from medium to large scale production environment
- Experience from Business Intelligence software like MS Power BI or similar
- Experience from MRP systems
- Experience and knowledge in ERP and MES
- Experience in the modern Operations Management principles: Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma
- Experience from visual management and creating data driven planning management

Specific skills/Abilities

- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
- Excellent in manufacturing planning methods like MRP, Detailed scheduling, Lean planning
- Excellent in warehouse planning, stock control and warehouse mgmt
- Knowledge of Power BI and MS Dynamics is valuable
- MS Office 365
- Very good in Excel
- Analytical, numerically astute with strong proven problem solving abilities
- Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
