As production coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the daily production admin at Northvolt. Assisting the shift manager with aligning topics across different departments and other daily tasks. Working to ensure production is not blocked by missed orders or missing parts.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing purchasing flows of consumable materials, tools and other items used in daily production. Including monitoring the delivery and receipt of goods.
Facilitate methods for inventory tracking, reordering and escalation.
Complete cost reduction activities to minimize money spent on repeat orders relating to production admin.
Assist with the execution of additional production responsibilities.
Track the utilization and population of training matrices.
Support shift managers with administrative tasks.
Collect, prepare and present data at pulse meetings.
Follow up and track actions effecting production KPIs.
Support in the delivery of training relating to the integration of new production systems and upskilling of manufacturing staff.
Coordinate the administrative signoff and follow up from operator training.
Monitor, document and drive a stable 5S standard and mindset.
High shop floor presence to work closely with all stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Technical school with focus on production and manufacturing or more than 2 years' experience in manufacturing.
Self-motivated and agile mindset without the need for micromanagement.
Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
Worked as part of a larger team.
Willingness and drive to work on the shop floor.
Specific Skills/Abilities:
Good English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
Able to quickly intake information and adapt to changing situations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collect and distribute important information.
Ability to deliver on time to the highest standards, allowing others to work effectively.
