Job Scope:
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity, quality, and safety.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate process improvements and identify areas for cost savings.
Identify and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure project success.

Requirements:
A degree in Chemical Engineering (BSc, MSc, or similar).
Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in chemical & hydrometallurgical, petrochemical, or petroleum production/refining facilities or mineral processing.

Specific Skills:
Hands-on experience with process design, implementation, and optimization.
Experience in fast-growing environments, ideally in metal recycling, mineral, or hydrometallurgy processing.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker nu en driven och erfaren Operation Supply Chain Manager med fokus på Northvolt Ett AB och regionen Övre Norrland. Du samarbetar nära med KAM/PM – Residential Recycler Specialist för att genomföra utvecklingsprojekt och säkerställa optimala avsättnings- och logistiklösningar för våra kunder, särskilt Northvolt.

I rollen kommer du att ha ansvar för att optimera produktionen och styra logistikflödena till rätt mottagare. Du kommer också att leda och driva materialflöden från Skellefteå genom våra anläggningar på ett effektivt och säkert sätt. Din roll innebär att du tar fullt ansvar för budget, tidplan, kvalitet och resultat för tilldelade projekt.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

• Leda och driva materialflöden från Skellefteå genom Stenas anläggningar på så effektivt och säkert sätt samt att vi följer alla tillstånd.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av teknisk projektledning eller liknande roller med kunskap/erfarenhet från logistik eller inköp/leverantörsbas med fokus på flödeslösningar. Du har Högskoleingenjörs- eller civilingenjörsutbildning inom teknik/kemi.

Meriterande om du har erfarenhet från styrning av större industri- eller byggprojekt samt kunskaper inom metallurgi och återvinningsbranschen.

Som person är du lösningsorienterad lagspelare och du trivs med att koordinera och hålla många bollar i luften. Du gillar att nätverka och skapa kontakter för att hitta nya affärsmöjligheter.

Be educated in the field of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years hands on field experience of working in chemical plants; preferably in the solid and slurry handling, metal separation or processing industries. CAM experience will be advantageous to have, but not essential.

They will lead the root cause analysis of equipment based top losses and minor stops. They will analyze the loss data and pull in the groups needed to tackle the losses.
