About the role:
As a Project Manager at Altio, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage teams across a variety of projects. Your tasks may include gaining a deep understanding of the project’s background, setting goals and evaluating conditions, as well as developing activity plans and timelines. You will be involved in influencing, investigating, analyzing, evaluating, proposing, leading, deciding, executing, and continuously following up on various action plans. Given that we have clients across different industries, your tasks will vary depending on the assignment and the client’s needs. You will be working with everything from innovative companies to more traditional industrial firms Often, you'll work closely with our clients on-site, but you may also work from our offices or remotely, depending on your preferences.

Qualifications:
· A degree in engineering, either a Bachelor’s or Master’s.
· Our corporate language is Swedish, but communication in English is frequently required, both spoken and written.
· Background in production technology and experience in project management
· Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Merits:
· Strong understanding and experience with safety and occupational health regulations
· Relevant project management certifications
· Experience leading large projects and holding a BAS P/U license
