We are looking for an HR Generalist on a part-time basis who will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
The duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.


Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process a variety of employee life cycle related paperwork, i.e. employment letters, promotion letters, etc.
Liaise with the Swedish Union and negotiate HR related topics in local language
Execute the monthly payroll process and liaise with the payroll provider to clarify employee questions or issues
Execute and coordinate recruiting process and interviews
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
Support the onboarding/off-boarding process (prep managers, track turnover data/metrics)
Process and maintain organization updates in TalentSoft systems, to ensure reporting structures/job titles/cost centers are correct and current
Work with international colleagues offshore to follow up on processing requests in a timely manner
Respond to general requests/inquiries from employees regarding benefits, payroll, pension, etc.
Support managers on HR issues including policies, procedures, practices
Appropriate handling and processing of confidential and time-sensitive material
Ensure Compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
Participate in other (international) projects where needed



Key Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
+ 5 years in Human Resources experience
Knowledge of Swedish labor law, knowledge of Norwegian labor law is a plus
Strong organizational skills
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
TalentSoft and ADP knowledge is preferred
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and work independently with general direction
Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English Visa mindre

Profile
A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD expected
Optional experience in software development in Android environments
Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Go, Kotlin, C#
Experience in developing distributed systems using protocols like: REST and GrapQL API, gRPC, WebRTC, Firebase, OpenTelemetry, NATs or other Message Broker
Strong interpersonal and planning skill
Excellent written and verbal communication (English/Swedish)
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
