Our client in Skellefteå is now looking for a BIM coordinator!
Our client is working towards a carbon-free society and you will have an important role in the start of the construction of the first large-scale European battery factory. In this assignment, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall factory design as well as collaboration around civil engineering layout and process, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation areas.
Assignment description
- In this assignment, you will adapt design input from equipment vendors and build infrastructure.
- Coordination of interfaces between different vendors.
- Models and metadata will be quality checked.
- You will identify and document collisions using collision detection software.
- Coordinate data models and management processes.
- You will also review, audit and present 3D models from consultants and contractors.
- You will lead BIM coordination meetings.
- This assignment also includes establishing robust quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are correct and that the level of information is suitable for the purpose.

Requirements and experience
- We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience in similar work.
- We are looking for someone who also has experience/knowledge of/in CDE, BIM, AutoCAD and Revit.
Language
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Other
- Our client prefers work on site, but hybrid work can be offered in some cases.
