We are looking for a dedicated Training Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Ensure competence development of all production team members within the designated area in accordance with the Northvolt Training and Development framework.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Coordinate the development of necessary Work Instructions with all stakeholders
Conduct Work Instruction relevance audits to ensure applicability on the shop floor
Coordinate the development of Learning paths from onboarding to L4 for Manufacturing Associates
Coordinate the development of 1st and 2nd line leaders (team leads and shift managers)
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of shopfloor trainer collectives ensuring the availability of skilled trainers for all development needs
Ensure production need is considered in the development of all training programs and content for the designated area
Ensure that area specific training programs in Learning Management System (LMS) are up to date
Develop training content
Coach and execute trainings on the shopfloor as needed
Set training targets and track training participation
Support shift managers with team development and with follow-up of competence and qualification matrices
Updates area training scorecards

Qualifications/education/experience
Good equipment knowledge in designated area
Training experience from the designated area
Fluency in English and Swedish
Computer savvy, good knowledge of Office 365, experience with LMS and Power BI is a big plus

Full time employment, fixed salary.

Our client in Skellefteå is now looking for a BIM coordinator!

Our client is working towards a carbon-free society and you will have an important role in the start of the construction of the first large-scale European battery factory. In this assignment, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall factory design as well as collaboration around civil engineering layout and process, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation areas.

Assignment description
- In this assignment, you will adapt design input from equipment vendors and build infrastructure.
- Coordination of interfaces between different vendors.
- Models and metadata will be quality checked.
- You will identify and document collisions using collision detection software.
- Coordinate data models and management processes.
- You will also review, audit and present 3D models from consultants and contractors.
- You will lead BIM coordination meetings.
- This assignment also includes establishing robust quality control procedures to ensure that all models and datasets are correct and that the level of information is suitable for the purpose.

Do you have a few years of experience in the field? Do you have experience in large, innovative and challenging projects with high demands on technical understanding? Then you could be the right person for this assignment!

Requirements and experience
- We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of experience in similar work.
- We are looking for someone who also has experience/knowledge of/in CDE, BIM, AutoCAD and Revit.

Language
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Other
- Our client prefers work on site, but hybrid work can be offered in some cases.
