Dina arbetsuppgifter
I denna roll samarbetar du med tre andra arbetsledare och rapporterar direkt till Produktionschef.
Exempel på arbetsuppgifter,

• Dagligen leda och stötta arbetsgruppen mot uppsatta mål.
• Stötta underhåll och ständig utveckling av maskiner och processer.
• Planering och optimering av materialflöden inom verksamheten.
• Personalansvar och arbetsmiljöansvar för din grupp av medarbetare på 20–25 personer.
• Stöd i planering av inköp, produktion och försäljning av avdelningens produkter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

We are now ramping up the recruitment for our gigafactory in Skellefteå and are looking for a number shift managers to our production. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories with the aim to produce the worlds greenest Lithium-ion battery. You will work in close collaboration with other shift managers, maintenance, quality and environment personnel. You will lead a shift team of around 15 employees were each and everyone counts to make this a success. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take lead in building your shift teams by supporting in recruiting, specifically by interviewing candidates in close collaboration with the manufacturing recruitment team
- Develop and support you team in becoming great at what they are supposed to do by on-boarding, training and developing them - we believe in rotation of work duties for competence development
- Ensure your team has everything they need to ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), WIs (Work Instructions) and other policies are followed
- Make sure your team knows what to do by assigning tasks, responsibilities and performance expectations and checking in regularly
- Suggest and implement improvements - individually and with your team
- Follow up shift performance and act on deviations
- Communicate and collaborate with other colleagues (other shifts, the maintenance team) in order to ensure good shift handovers and standardization
- Report deviations affecting the production and perform risk analysis to solve underlying issues
- Assure safe conditions with Lock Out Tag Out Try Out according routines when having repairs or inspections of equipment
- Participating in rotation of work duties, in order to develop the competence within the shift team
- Manage a budget according to role

Specific Skills/Abilities
- High school diploma or other relevant education
- A couple of years of experience from manufacturing, where you have successfully worked with tasks described in the key responsibilities
- If you have worked in the process industry (battery/pulp and paper/food/chemicals/microelectronics/oil & gas/pharmaceutical processing or similar) including safety procedures, that is a merit
- Experience from leading others
- Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing
- Good understanding of importance of safety and quality and the ability to make others understand and act according to this importance
- Good English both written and oral skills, basic Swedish and other languages skills is seen as a plus
- Good communication skills as you will work in close collaboration with many different teams
- High work ethic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Vi söker en Enhetschef
Rönnskär i Skelleftehamn är ett av världens mest effektiva kopparsmältverk. Anläggningen tar emot leveranser av koppar- och blykoncentrat från våra egna gruvor, samt från externa leverantörer. Tack vare investeringar och vidareutveckling av kaldotekniken är smältverket idag världsledande på återvinning av elektronik. Från dessa material utvinns främst koppar, guld och silver. Rönnskär är vår största produktionsenhet och en av de största privata arbetsgivarna i regionen. Produktionssektionen PC koppar drift innefattar ca 170 medarbetare och söker nu en Enhetschef till bevakningsområde CMA (custom made anodes) och anodkvalité.
Arbetsuppgifter
Som Enhetschef är din huvudarbetsuppgift att ansvara för din grupp, 10 medarbetare, samt leda och verkställa den dagliga verksamheten på bevakningsområdet. Som enhetschef samarbetar och planerar du för att optimera vår produktion och process tillsammans med kollegor, medarbetare och stödfunktioner. Du ansvarar också för personalplanering, arbetssätt, rehabilitering, utvecklingssamtal och kompetensutveckling. Du kommer aktivt att delta i vårt förbättringsarbete och driva utvecklingsfrågor tillsammans med dina medarbetare.
Som Enhetschef rapporterar du direkt till sektionschefen för PC koppar drift. Andra viktiga arbetsuppgifter är säkerhets och miljöfrågorna som vi prioriterar högt i vårt arbete. I tjänsten ingår budget, personal och arbetsmiljöansvar. Beredskapstjänst kan förekomma.

Beskrivning
Vi söker en arbetsledare till förrådet och personbilsverkstaden för Boliden i Renström, Sveriges djupaste gruva. Som arbetsledare får du leda en större grupp med medarbetare inklusive gruppledare, fördela det dagliga arbetet och planera för långsiktiga åtgärder. Du sätter säkerheten först och skapar förutsättningar för människor att må bra och prestera på jobbet. Dina närmaste kollegor är andra arbetsledare för infrastruktur och maskiner, tillsammans utbyter vi kunskaper och erfarenheter med Bolidens gruvor och gruvstab.
Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter är att:
Ansvara för kompetensförsörjning och personalens utveckling
Planera, leda, följa upp och utveckla arbetet enligt produktionsplaner och budget
Bedriva ett aktivt och systematiskt arbete med hälsa, miljö och säkerhet
Samarbeta med andra funktioner, avdelningar och enheter
Ansvara för gruvans lokala inköp

Förrådsverksamheten bedrivs på ett effektivt sätt vilket inkluderar många intressanta områden som att förstå förrådets funktion, materialkunskap, datorsystem, inköp, märkning, förvaring och hantering. I personbilsverkstaden gör vi felsökningar, analyser, underhåller, servar och reparerar personbilar som används över och under jord.

Responsible for overall project management related to industrial material flow engineering projects for our advanced factories and warehouses, including design and implementation of new technologies and specialized equipment.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories with the aim to produce the worlds greenest Lithium-ion battery. The Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor will be in charge of planning maintenance actions and leading a team of mechanics and technicians. Din framtida utmaning 
Som samordnare kommer du att leda det operativa underhållsarbetet inom produktionen på vårt sågverk i Kroksjön. I rollen kommer du att samarbeta med samtliga avdelningar på sågverket och med externa leverantörer. Din förmåga att styra arbetet och prioritera rätt saker kommer därmed att vara en framgångsfaktor för att produktionen ska flyta på så bra som möjligt. Genom ditt arbete bidrar du i förlängningen att våra kunder ska få sina varor i tid, med en god kvalitet.

Då behoven av underhåll varierar från dag till dag kommer även dina arbetsdagar att ha ett varierande innehåll och tempo. Rollen innefattar inte ett personalansvar.

We are now starting to ramp up the recruitment for the factory in Skellefteå and are looking for shift managers with experience from Chemical Process Industry. As an Upstream Shift Manager you have a good chemical understanding, as well as experience from working in a production setting with ongoing process. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories with the aim to produce the worlds greenest Lithium-ion battery. As an Upstream Shift Manager you have a good chemical understanding, as well as experience from working in a production setting with ongoing process. We are now ramping up the recruitment for our gigafactory in Skellefteå and are looking for a number shift managers to our production. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories with the aim to produce the worlds greenest Lithium-ion battery. Om företaget
TurnHill AB startade sin verksamhet 1998 för att tillgodose kunder med legotillverkning inom skärande bearbetning. Sedan starten har vi samlat på oss en unik kompetens bland medarbetarna tillsammans med en modernt utvecklad CNC-maskinpark.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Arbetet innebär till en början främst arbete i produktionen med fräsning/svarvning för att lära dig verksamheten från grunden. När du kommit in i arbetet så kommer du spendera mycket tid inne på kontoret med planering, digitalisering och materialinköp, samt företagsutveckling.

Din profil
Personen vi söker efter har god erfarenhet av arbete som självgående CNC-operatör och har en stor vilja att utvecklas och få mer ansvar på arbetsplatsen. Vi ser också gärna att du som söker har goda kunskaper i ritningsläsning och är duktig på olika mättekniker.

Vi söker dig som har ett positivt förhållningssätt och är nyfiken och engagerad i ditt arbete. För att passa in hos oss kund ser vi att du är flexibel och anpassningsbar, samt har lätt för att ta egna initiativ samtidigt som du är en lagspelare.

We are now starting to ramp up the recruitment for the factory in Skellefteå and are looking for shift managers with experience from Chemical Process Industry. As an Upstream Shift Manager you have a good chemical understanding, as well as experience from working in a production setting with ongoing process. We believe you have experience in reading process and electrical drawings as well as a good understanding of equipment as pipes, pumps and valves.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories with the aim to produce the worlds greenest Lithium-ion battery. You will get the chance to really make a difference in the transformation to a carbon free society.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Take lead in building your shift teams by supporting in recruiting, specifically by interviewing candidates in close collaboration with the manufacturing recruitment team
- Develop and support you team in becoming great at what they are supposed to do by on-boarding, training and developing them - we believe in rotation of work duties for competence development
- Ensure your team has everything they need to ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), WIs (Work Instructions) and other policies are followed
- Make sure your team knows what to do by assigning tasks, responsibilities and performance expectations and checking in regularly
- Suggest and implement improvements - individually and with your team
- Follow up shift performance and act on deviations
- Communicate and collaborate with other colleagues (other shifts, the maintenance team) in order to ensure good shift handovers and standardization
- Report deviations affecting the production and perform risk analysis to solve underlying issues
- Assure safe conditions with Lock Out Tag Out Try Out according routines when having repairs or inspections of equipment
- Participating in rotation of work duties, in order to develop the competence within the shift team
- Manage a budget according to role

Specific Skills/Abilities

- High school diploma or other relevant education
- A couple of years of experience from manufacturing, where you have successfully worked with tasks described in the key responsibilities
- If you have worked in the process industry (battery/pulp and paper/food/chemicals/microelectronics/oil & gas/pharmaceutical processing or similar) including safety procedures, that is a merit
- Experience from leading others
- Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing
- Good understanding of importance of safety and quality and the ability to make others understand and act according to this importance
- Good English both written and oral skills, basic Swedish and other languages skills is seen as a plus
- Good communication skills as you will work in close collaboration with many different teams
- High work ethic, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
