We are seeking experienced a Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Skellefteå, Sweden. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in equipment commissioning, particularly with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), conveyors, or robotic systems of between 5 - 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the commissioning process for various equipment, including ASRS, conveyors, and robots.
Ensure all equipment is installed, tested, and operational according to project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, installation, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning phase.
Document all commissioning activities and provide detailed reports on performance, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols throughout the commissioning process.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in a similar role
Proven experience in equipment commissioning, especially with ASRS, conveyors, or robotic systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Björkdalsgruvan är belägen vid Sandfors utanför Skellefteå och är en av norra Europas största gruvor för utvinning av guldmalm. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är:

• Utveckla introduktion för nyanställda.
• Planera och anordna utbildningar inom arbetsmiljö.
• Driva och utveckla det förebyggande systematiska säkerhets-, och arbetsmiljöarbetet.
• Ansvara för att driva uppföljningar utredningar i vårt GRIA system (Rapporteringssystem för riskobservationer, tillbud, och olyckor).
• Leda och/eller vara delaktig i riskbedömningar inom hälsa och säkerhet.
• Samordna mätningar och undersökningar av arbetsmiljön i syfte att uppfylla interna och externa krav.
• Identifiera risker och driva förbättringsarbete för riskreducering
• Samordna mätningar och undersökningar av arbetsmiljön i syfte att uppfylla interna och externa krav.
• I rollen ingår kontakt med Myndigheter.
• Ingå i Gramko arbetsgrupp.

Vi söker dig som har:

• Utbildning inom arbetsmiljö med några års arbetslivserfarenhet alternativt längre praktisk erfarenhet inom arbetsmiljöområdet.
• Besitter god kunskap om lagstiftning och regelverk inom arbetsmiljö.
• Erfarenhet och goda kunskaper inom systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete från industriell verksamhet.
• Goda kunskaper inom office paketet.
• Kan uttrycka dig väl i det svenska språket, både i tal och skrift.
• Har kunskaper i det engelska språket, både i tal och skrift.

You will play an essential role in the execution of the equipment purchasing project from Detailed Design to starting up the first homegrown European battery factory.
You will manage Equipment Supplier Contracts during installation and commissioning phase until production ramp-up and steer the communication between the supplier and cross-functional Northvolt teams. We are looking for a dedicated Construction Purchasing Manager to join our team in Skellefteå in our mission to contribute to a greener future.
About the Job:
As part of the site based execution team driving capital efficiencies by leading Procurement activities for major Construction projects within the Northvolt Ett Program. As a Construction Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring Northvolt’s Procurement Process is implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Team:
You will be an integral part of the Ett Program Construction Purchasing function, leading the Procurement for all Construction scopes within one of our major projects. You will work closely with the Program & Project Management, Engineering, Contract and Commercial Management, and Project Controls.
Alongside the Contract Management Team, you will be directly responsible for the management of Northvolt’s Construction Tenders (for both Equipment and Contractors), ensuring that all of Northvolt’s requirements are correctly met whilst meeting budget and schedule expectations inline with the overall project and program targets. Furthermore, you will be required to support Northvolt’s reporting obligations, updating project and program management on the Tender Event Schedule, Package Acquisition Plan and Project Procurement Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mid to large size projects for Procurement
Support project team with strategic purchases and sourcing council approvals
Develop Project Procurement Plan, Tender Event Schedule and Package Acquisition Plan
Participate in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions, coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (project controls, contract management, legal, project management, construction and engineering)
Participate in internal Request for Quotation (RFQ) and RFQ explanation meetings, contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalisation of contract documents in close coordination with Contract Management team
Analyse commercial sections of proposals and coordination of technical proposal evaluations. Develop final proposal evaluations and prepare contract recommendations, and present recommendation to Project and Program Management
Develop and leverage internal and external relationships to ensure Northvolt delivers on this critical next stage of expansion
