Som operatör ansvarar du för att övervaka och styra våra processer via kontrollrummets skärmar. Du förväntar, förebygger och hanterar avvikelser för att säkra produktionen. I rollen ingår även rondering och praktiskt underhåll i fabriken.


Arbetet sker dagtid, men efter genomförd internutbildning ingår du i vår beredskapsstyrka för att hantera eventuella driftfrågor på vår dygnet-runt-öppna anläggning.

Work tasks

As shift manager you will lead the team on your shift by supervising and support employees. You are responsible to ensure that standards are followed and employees are trained. Vi söker nu processoperatörer för kommande uppdrag till vår kund i Skellefteå. Som processoperatör har du en stor variation i dina arbetsuppgifter. Boliden Rönnskär i Skelleftehamn är ett av världens effektivaste smältverk som utvinner metaller ur råvaror från gruvor och olika typer av återvinningsmaterial. Framförallt produceras koppar, guld, silver, bly och zinkklinker. Rönnskär har idag cirka 890 medarbetare.
Arbetsuppgifter
Som Processoperatör arbetar du med enhetens underhållsprocesser, förebyggande underhåll och underhållsprojekt. Du kommer även att vara ett operativt stöd till produktionsavdelningen och hjälpa till att åtgärda problem i anläggningen. Delta i vårt förbättringsarbete samt delta i mindre projekt. Du förväntas även bidra med riskanalyser och instruktioner samt verka för en god och säker arbetsmiljö.
Utbildning och kvalifikationer
Du är självgående, strukturerad och en problemlösare. Du har lätt för att arbeta i olika team och bidrar med engagemang och positiv attityd. Vidare är du driven och har en god förmåga att ta uppdragen hela vägen i mål. Det är en fördel om du har ett teknikintresse och en vilja att hela tiden lära dig nya saker.
Det är bra om du har erfarenhet från process- eller tillverkningsindustri. Du trivs med att arbeta på ett systematiskt sätt och besitter social kompetens då detta är viktigt för samarbetet med kollegor. Du förväntas vara aktiv i förbättringsarbetet och ser det som en utmaning att arbeta med ständiga förbättringar.
För att vara aktuell för tjänsten behöver du:

We are now looking for a Process Engineer within the chemical hydrometallurgical process for our battery recycling operations during shifts. The role is a part of our passionate Revolt Ett team based in Skellefteå. This process aims to separate valuable metals for reuse in battery production.

The construction of Europe's largest recycling facility for batteries in Skellefteå is ongoing and will start its production process to separate valuable metals for reuse in battery production during 2023. The goal is to source 50% of the raw materials needed for cell production from recycling by 2030 and therefore more recycling facilities are planned at the site. So, forget about everything you thought you knew about working in the industry, this is going to be completely different!

About the job
As Process Engineer, you will have deep knowledge of equipment handling, operations planning, process control, operators' training and supervision, etc. You have experience in the field and have been driving large, innovative and challenging improvement projects in the areas of yield, cost, quality, and efficiency. You are a team player, curious, and eager to learn.

As Process Engineer, you will get the chance to have a real impact on our success story in Sweden (to start with) and see the results of your work. Time has come to ramp up the recruitment of Process Operators with experience from Chemical Process Industry for Northvolt Ett, our Giga-factory in Skellefteå where we will produce our battery cells in large scale.

As an Upstream Processoperator you have a good chemical understanding, as well as experience from working in a production setting with ongoing process. We believe you have experience in reading process and electrical drawings as well as a good understanding of equipment as pipes, pumps and valves. You might have a relevant background from production in steelworks, cement, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, active materials or oil & gas.

You will work according to Northvolt values, routines, budget, management system and plan. A safe operation production line is our highest priority and will therefore be a crucial part of any task in your job. As an Operator you will work closely with other Shift Managers, Production Manager, Safety, Quality, Environment, Maintenance and Process teams.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära:

- Rapportera fel och avvikelser på utrustning samt genomföra rotorsaksanalyser i olika former.

På Elektrolysverket raffinerar vi anodkoppar/anoder som innehåller ca 98 % koppar. Efter elektrolysprocessen innehåller produkten 99,98 % ren koppar. Katoderna säljs till kunder som gör koppartråd och kopparrör mm.
Arbetsuppgifter
Vi söker processoperatörer till elektrolysverket som kan planera, styra och övervaka processer och utrustning inom sitt arbetsområde så att bästa möjliga produktionsresultat uppnås med avseende på kvantitet, kvalitet och miljö.
I arbetsuppgifterna ingår kontakter inom egen och mot andra avdelningar. Produktionsrapportering, utföra rondereringar och åtgärda eventuella brister. Övervakning av maskiner och utrustning. Att initiera och i vissa fall utföra underhållsinsatser samt rapportera avvikelser och anläggningsbrister. Det ingår traverskörning samt att ibland är arbetet fysiskt krävande.
Stor vikt läggs vid skydds- och säkerhetsarbete där städning för att hålla god ordning och reda är en del av det dagliga arbetet.
Vi söker processoperatörer för kontinuerligt 2-skift, där huvuduppgiften är att säkerställa att produktionsprocessen fungerar och kvalitetskraven uppfylls.
Utbildning och kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som är ansvarstagande, noggrann och självgående. Du ska ha god planeringsförmåga, känna ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter, vara kvalitetsmedveten och ha bra samarbetsförmåga. Förutom rätt teoretisk bakgrund krävs god fysik, ett praktiskt sinnelag samt förmåga att effektivt prioritera bland olika arbetsuppgifter. Personliga egenskaper värderas högt.

Vi söker en processoperatör till Envigas fabrik i Bureå.
Arbetet består framför allt av processkontroll, processtyrning, produkthantering, förebyggande underhåll av produktions-anläggningens olika delar, allmän skötsel av anläggningen samt städning.
Arbetet kommer innebära skiftschema, bland annat dagtid, två-skift samt intermittent skiftgång, vilket innebär både dag-, kvälls-, nattarbete.
Krav för tjänsten är:
Minst gymnasial utbildning – meriterande med inriktning inom naturvetenskap eller industri.

Som processoperatör kommer du övervaka och styra processarbetet tillsammans med dina kollegor.

Vi ser gärna att du arbetat som processoperatör sedan tidigare, och har god datakunskap.


Din profil
Vi ser att du som person är drivande framåt i ditt arbete, är samarbetsvillig och har lätt att arbeta självständigt, men även tillsammans med dina kollegor.

Utöver detta är du strukturerad, ordningsam och positiv som person.

B-körkort och tillgång till bil är ett krav.

Vi trappar nu upp rekryteringen och söker Upstream processoperatörer till Northvolt ETT, vår giga-fabrik i Skellefteå.
Hos oss kommer du att spela en viktig roll i uppbyggnaden av en av Europas första storskaliga batterifabrik med målet att producera världens grönaste Lithiumjon batteri. Du får möjligheten att verkligen göra skillnad, genom att bidra till ökade förutsättningar för att klara klimatomställningen.
På Northvolt blir du en del av ett snabbt växande företag, med hög energi och en händelserik vardag. Som processoperatör kommer du att jobba i en toppmodern fabrik med ny teknologi
Som processoperatör i Upstream har du erfarenhet från produktion med en pågående process och en god förståelse om kemikalier. Du ska även kunna läsa elektriska ritningar samt ha kunskap om rör, pumpar och ventiler. En tidigare produktionserfarenhet kan vara från stålverk, cement, läkemedel, kosmetika, aktivt material, papper eller olja och gas.
Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med andra operatörer och skiftledare samt kollegor från underhåll, kvalitet och miljö. Du kommer få chansen att påverka och forma vårt framtida arbetssätt. Kvalifikationer
Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära:
Rapportera fel och avvikelser på utröstning samt genomföra rotorsaksanalyser i olika former.
Säkerställa en säker drift. Dagligt säkerhets och förbättringsarbete för att nå världsklass inom säkerhet.
Övervaka processen från kontrollrum – reglera tryck, temperatur, kemikalier osv.
Genomför provtagning för att säkerställa att materialet inte är kontaminerat.
Utföra visuella inspektioner och underhåll på utröstning (rör, pumpar och ventiler)
Vidta lämpliga åtgärder när du möter fel och avvikelser som påverkar produktion.
Utföra riskanalyser och utfärda tillstånd enligt rutiner.
Aktivt delta i Säkerhets-, Kvalitets-, Miljö, - och förbättringsarbete enligt Northvolts rutiner.
Stödja chefer och kollegor genom att skapa en bra arbetsmiljö genom inkludering, motivation, engagemang, kreativitet, god kommunikation och höga ambitioner.
Delta i rotation av arbetsuppgifter.

Kvalifikationer/Utbildning/Erfarenhet
Erfarenhet från relevant processindustri (produktion inom stålverk, cement, läkemedel, kosmetika, aktiva material, papper eller olja och gas)
Erfarenhet från att läsa process/elektriska ritningar och arbete i kontrollrum.
God förståelse för utröstning som rör, pumpar och ventiler.
Erfarenhet från att jobba med något av följande: Tillståndsprocesser, Lock Out Tag Out, tillbudsrapportering, säkerhetsrevisioner, underhållsrevisioner, operatörssystem och daglig uppföljning på säkerhetsåtgärder.
Förståelse för hur man kan använda utröstning för att driva effektiv tillverkning med optimering av energi och kostnadsberäkning.
Administrativ kompetens, ERP, arbetsorder, mail och incidentrapportering.
God kommunikationsförmåga då du kommer arbeta i nära samarbete med många olika team.
God engelska I både tal och skrift.
Hög arbetsmoral, kritiskt tänkande och problemlösningsförmåga.
