About the job
As a (Senior) Quality Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust quality management system that aligns with global standards and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency across our quality functions.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and optimize quality processes/systems, aligning with global standards and customer requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance across the whole plant processes, addressing gaps and fostering continuous improvement.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and act as an interface towards them.
Monitor KPIs, analyze findings, and communicate results to both management and the central Quality and Compliance organization.
Preparing the factory for ISO9001, ISO1499 and IATF16949 certification and audits.



We believe that you have :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality and compliance management or equivalent positions.
Proven knowledge of relevant Quality and Compliance standards, specifically ISO and IATF.

Requirements

Knowledge of supplier quality management in relevant industry, e.g. Li-ion raw materials, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food industries
Knowledge in non-conformity management and 8D
Knowledge in developing processes, standards, procedures and documentation to support efficient Supplier Quality Management
Curious, technically educated and preferably with a strong business background

We are looking for a Sourcing Quality Manager
We are looking for someone with experience on tracking and improving vendor quality performance, with good technical knowledge and who enjoys working in a challenging and independent role.
As a Sourcing Quality Manager, you are responsible for our selected supplier’s quality performance. You are a part of the European Sourcing team and will report to the Head of Sourcing Europe, placed in Finland. In this role you will collaborate with our Sourcing Managers, Quality Managers as well as our engineering and operations teams. Close work together with our Tech Center Designers as well as the validation Lab facilities in Sweden and Finland.
You can work from any of our locations in Europe (Sweden: Skellefteå, Bispgården, Östersund, Finland: Perniö or Romania: Ramnicu Valcea)
Main tasks:
· Supplier Quality Assessment and on-site auditing
· Analysis and trend reports of supplier quality systems
· Ensure new vendor development process implementation and adherence to PPAP process audit at supplier & subcontractors and contain relevant records
· Review quality problems from supplies and take corrective and/or preventive actions
· Support operations Quality Managers in arriving at root cause analysis and actions
· Keep sourcing documents and processes updated in our Quality Management System
· Gather data and report on metrics related to vendor quality on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
· Implementation of quality reports through ERP-system
· Establish compliance and reviews of sourcing quality procedures, systems and improvement when required
· Hand holding of suppliers during the process of development
We are looking for someone with:
· experience from SQA-role
· relevant education (Mechanical Engineering or similar)
· good knowledge of vendor development processes, PPAP and APQP processes
· knowledge of Quality Systems
· knowledge of engineering materials
· good knowledge in excel and prior experience from ERP-systems (preferably Monitor)
· good knowledge in Swedish and English both written and spoken, knowledge in Swedish, Finnish, German, Spanish or Italian will be seen as a merit
· preparedness and willingness to travel on short notice
· National-European valid passport
· National-European valid driver’s license
It is a prerequisite if you have knowledge and hands on experience regarding different production methods from a producing industry such as casting, forging, machining, surface coatings. You will be a part of an international team with both European and Global suppliers, and it is therefore important that you are primarily fluent in English adding Swedish and/or Finnish.
As a person, you are meticulous, highly socially competent, can work with teams across multiple disciplines and geographies and have good communication skills. You are result oriented and understand the importance of process development and adherence. Likewise, you must be, on short notice, available for travel within the Nordics and in Europe.
