As a Supplier Quality Specialist Responsible for coordinating the daily supplier quality activities on Northvolt production site to maintain and develop a world class supplier base.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set up quality monitoring procedures, evaluate supplier quality performance and establish improvement plans when needed
Coordinate the charge back process with suppliers
Defining, implementing and documenting measurement methods and control
Investigate supplier quality and delivery issues to identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate with supplier regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships
Maintain a supplier database and scorecards, including performance evaluations
Escalate negative supplier quality performance to SQDE
Manage the non-conformance process, develop and validate corrective actions with suppliers
Act as key contact between production quality and suppliers
Support factory quality daily operations when required
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements
BSc or MSc degree in Physics/Chemistry/Manufacturing/Engineering
Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. IATF16949, ISO 9001, TQM
Knowledge of supplier quality management in relevant industry, e.g. Li-ion raw materials, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food industries
Knowledge in non-conformity management and 8D
Knowledge in developing processes, standards, procedures and documentation to support efficient Supplier Quality Management
Curious, technically educated and preferably with a strong business background

Som kvalitetsingenjör i denna position kommer du att ansvara för att utveckla och implementera kvalitetskontrollprocesser, utföra inspektioner och tester, analysera data för att identifiera och lösa kvalitetsproblem. Även om detta är en självständig roll är det viktigt att du samarbetar med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa att projekten uppfyller kvalitetskraven - för både kunden på plats och slutkunden.


Anställningen är en visstidsanställning på 12 månader men med goda möjligheter till förlängning.

Ansvarsområden
Som kvalitetsingenjör kommer du att se till att arbeta enligt projektkraven under hela byggnationen gällande:


alla CMT-avdelningar
aktiviteter och roller som påverkar kvaliteten, inklusive dokumentkontroll, kvalitetskontroll och materialkontroll.
I ansvaret ingår också att övervaka kvalitetskontrollen som utövas av handelspartners.
Säkerställa utveckling och genomförande av handelspartnernas kvalitetsplaner och förfaranden
Tillhandahålla lämpliga utbildningsprogram för all personal som utför kvalitetsfunktioner.
Du förväntas övervaka kvalitetskontrollens framsteg, upprätthålla projektkvalitet och riskhanteringsdokumentation samt övervaka användningen av projektresurser.
Dessutom ansvarar du för att samordna åtgärdsförfrågningar med projektledningen avseende kvalitetsfrågor, rapportering om projektsäkerhet och riskrelaterade nyckeltal.
Du kommer att säkerställa efterlevnad av projektgenomförandeplaner och -procedurer samt upprätta och underhålla projektets kvalitetsledningssystem i enlighet med ISO 9001:2015.

Responsibilities
As a quality engineer you will ensure to operate according to project requirements throughout construction regarding: 


all CMT departments
activities, and roles influencing quality, including document control, quality control, material control, and engineering. 
Responsibilities also include monitoring the quality control exercised by trade partners.
Ensure the development and implementation of the trade partners quality plans and procedures 
Provide appropriate training programs for all the staff performing quality functions.
You will be expected to monitor quality control progress, maintain project quality and risk management documentation, and monitor the use of project resources. 
Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating action requests with project management regarding quality issues, reporting on project safety and risk-related key performance indicators. 
You will ensure compliance with project implementation plans and procedures, and establishing and maintaining the project's quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.

We are looking for someone with experience on tracking and improving vendor quality performance, with good technical knowledge and who enjoys working in a challenging and independent role.
As a Sourcing Quality Manager, you are responsible for our selected supplier’s quality performance. You are a part of the European Sourcing team and will report to the Head of Sourcing Europe, placed in Finland. Main tasks:
· Supplier Quality Assessment and on-site auditing

As a person, you are meticulous, highly socially competent, can work with teams across multiple disciplines and geographies and have good communication skills.
